Construction Project Manager - MultiFamily Residential Construction
We are seeking an experienced ConstructionProject Manager to oversee multifamily residential construction projects. The role involves managing all phases of construction from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale residential projects, including apartment complexes, condominiums, or townhouses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost control measures.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress aligns with plans, addressing any issues promptly.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure all specifications and standards are met.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multi-family residential projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential projects.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
