Retail Operations Manager
Reporting to the National Retail Director, as an integral member of the retail team, you will build and evolve the field operational infrastructure to support effective and scalable processes.
This role will continuously assess efficiency and operational opportunities and work with appropriate field and corporate partners to refine / create chain-wide and consistent process excellence.
This role will also support critical business initiatives such as POS enhancements, technology initiatives and Omni-channel projects from initial ideation to completion.
This position is based out of our corporate headquarter in Seattle .
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- In partnership with cross-functional teams, develop and execute strategies to drive innovation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Leading cross-functional and field partnerships to assess technology needs to create scalable solutions and evolving operational / digital tools to support our strategic priorities
- Defining project objectives, scope, roles & responsibilities, including preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key milestones, workstreams and activities
- Managing for any changes in project scope and identifying / mitigating potential risks
- Managing partner relationships and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations
- Possesses a strong knowledge of current and emerging digital trends and technology
- Elevating operational tools, including communication templates and key-initiative launches to ensure clear, concise and timely distribution of information
- Demonstrate the ability to remain organized, show attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5-7 years experience with a premium / luxury brand in a corporate retail operations role
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Minimum 2 years experience working with POS / ERP configuration and reporting with AX and MS dynamics
- Experience managing and driving project budgets, timelines and apply best practices to improve processes
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to proactively solve complex problems
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Effectively multitask and manage multiple or large projects
- Innovative thinker, creative problem solver and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (experience with Adobe Creative Suite and AX a plus)
- Excellent portfolio of written and oral communications in a variety of formats such as SOPs; proficient in proofreading and editing
