Your Role as a Surgical Center Administrator :
- Oversee Daily Operations : Manage the day-to-day operations of the surgical center, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource utilization.
- Lead and Collaborate : Serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
- Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor financial performance to ensure sustainability and growth.
- Staff Management : Oversee personnel administration, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Clinical Services : Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, collaborate with the Medical Director to enhance existing services, and identify opportunities for new services.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a top administrative or management position in healthcare.
