Rapidly growing Human Resources Consulting firm offering tailor-made solutions for clients' HR needs seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to work closely with CEO.
The ideal candidate is someone who can address problems independently and apply both strategic and execution-oriented thinking while anticipating executive needs.

Responsibilities :
- Email inbox management including but not limited to drafting correspondence, serving as a liaison, document management and organization
- Calendar management including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, appointments, and time blocking.
- Anticipate travel needs, arrange sophisticated and detailed travel plans
- Support communication and planning for events
- Manage Expense Reimbursement process for all employees and CEO
- Manage and update various trackers and reports
- Special projects as needed
Qualifications :
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and ability to be proactive
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Required technical skills include MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe, Asana
- Proactive approach to responsibilities and commitment to continuous improvement
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and exercise good judgment and discretion
