We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our operations with administrative tasks, lead generation, cold calling, and SMS campaigns.
This is a full-time, long-term position, and we are looking for a candidate who can provide mutual full commitment and work solo for us.
We are open to applicants who meet all the requirements except for cold calling.
Looking for individuals and not for agency.
Responsibilities :
Administrative Work :
Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Handle email correspondence and manage communications.
Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.
Assist with various office tasks and projects as needed.
Lead Generation :
Identify and generate new business leads through research and outreach.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
Qualify and nurture leads through various channels.
Cold Calling :
Conduct cold calls to potential clients and prospects.
Effectively present products or services and handle objections.
Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
SMS Campaigns :
Create and manage SMS marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
Ensure compliance with SMS marketing regulations.
Requirements :
Proven experience in administrative tasks, lead generation, cold calling, and SMS campaigns.
Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools.
Familiarity with dialer software and SMS platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
