Our LPNs provide one-on-one, individualized care with the direction of our Registered Nurses, meeting patients where they are and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes to our neighbors most in need. If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job, the hiring range is as follows : $50.68- $54.07 per visit.

Pay Range

USD $36.76 - USD $38.47 / Hr.
