Position Overview :

Maü Miami is seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide exceptional service that enhances our guests' dining experiences.

As a Server, you will be the face of Maü Miami, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and well-cared for.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, guiding them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes, including specials and promotions.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation.
• Monitor tables and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
• Provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences and answer any questions about the menu.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Address any guest complaints or concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Server in a high-end or fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high-quality dining experience.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
