We advise on a vast range of issues, such as growth strategies, core value propositions competitive positioning and development and execution of transaction strategies

Due to our rapid expansion, we are now looking for experienced Strategy Consultants to join our team in Athens . They'll be a part of a collaborative team that applies the latest thinking, research, analytics, and methodologies to help transform clients' businesses and solve complex business matters, driving change for tomorrow's working world. As a Strategy Consultant in our team, you will :

• advise clients across projects in financial services sector, support key decision makers in developing transformative corporate, growth and transaction strategies, and executing them
• understand key business drivers, co-develop our approach with clients, agree value measurements with the client, provide value to the client through insights, factual conclusions, and recommendations
• demonstrate the ability to gather and analyse relevant business and industry information, effectively assessing it using strategic and commercial evaluation techniques
• assist with business development activities including client pitches, presentations and gradually client meetings
• take responsibility for own learning and development and participate in upward feedback
• share your technical and other knowledge with the team
• be an effective own time manager, able to keep calm under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• be a team player, effectively building relationships with all client and EY echelons
• work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to implement and execute strategic initiatives
