Every CHHA will work under the supervision of an RN and a Case Manager.Responsibilities :
- Assisting with ADLs / IADLs
- Toileting / Incontinence Care
- Medication Reminders
- Meal Preparation
- Mobility Assistance
- Keeping Client Safe
- Light Housekeeping / LaundryQualifications :
- Must have an active Homemaker-HHA Certification (CHHA) with the NJ Board of Nursing
- At Least 1 year Experience Preferred
- Recent Mantoux / PPD test or Chest X-Ray
- Recent Work Physical
- MMR Vaccination or titer test
- A Caring Heart
