The Customer Care Representative will provide appropriate solutions and assistance to customers and other departments to support the Inside Sales Team.
This individual will be part of the customer care team, who's focus is to provide excellent customer service and retention.
The Customer Care Representative will learn to submit new customer and renewal orders, and the skills necessary to review / verify correctness and / or resolve order submission issues, just like any of our sales staff.
The development of these skills will allow for multiple avenues for growth / advancement within the sales team.
Location : Greensboro, NC Type : Full-time Pay : $17 / hr-$20 / hr + Commission Hours of Operation : 11 : 00 AM-8 : 00 PM.

Key Responsibilities :

- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies
- New order and renewal order submission.
- Provide general support for sales department as needed.
- Assist Order Fulfillment and Operations with sales related issues when needed.
- Assist the Inside Sales Manager and / or Director of Sales Solutions with special tasks / projects by request.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
This position will have no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment :
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Education & Experience :
Minimum of associate degree required.
Additional Eligibility Requirements :
- Effective communication, both written and verbally, within Sales & other company departments as well as contractors and customers.
- Time management, prioritization, and organization skills
- Ability to grow professionally in a fluid and fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in CRM, ERP software and relevant software applications preferred.
- High attention to detail.
- Possesses exemplary customer service skills.
Physical Requirements :
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend and stoop as necessary.
- Basic motor skills and manual dexterity for extensive computer usage are required.
- Sitting for extended periods of time is required.
- Talking, hearing and close vision abilities are required.
- Stress may occur with changing priorities, tight deadlines and extended hours, when needed.
