Sunstates Security is hiring a Full-Time Account Manager Site Supervisor in the Portland, OR area for 1st shift . The pay rate for this position is $31.00 / hr - paid weekly .

Requirements :

• One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• Experience in supervisory or management
• Have reliable means of transportation and communication
• Excellent customer service skills Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance
• Must always be accessible for phone communication
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills Willing and able to work holidays and weekends
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• Able to work independently
• Leadership experience required Payroll and scheduling experience required

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

The Shift Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Education Requirements (Any)

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

WA State Security License
