Job Details
- Lead reverse engineering initiatives, conducting material analysis and precise part metrology to design replacement parts for internal repairs.
- Utilize parametric modeling and GD&T skills to develop minor / major repair specifications and alternate parts for repair and new product development.
- Manage project schedules effectively, ensuring timely progress and issue resolution, and provide detailed project status reports.
- Establish and maintain strategic vendor relationships to support repair / PMA supply chain needs.
- Develop FAA conformity documentation, liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance to support business development efforts and prepare engineering cost estimates.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Engineering or related fields.
- Proven project management experience.
- Proficiency in parametric modeling software and drafting.
- Expertise in product design and reverse engineering processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
