Our VP, Executive Search is accountable for :
- Serving as a member of the Greenwood Asher & Associates’ (GAA) senior leadership team and a key thought partner to the vice president & practice leader regarding growth opportunities, product / service development, and team development
- Leveraging their professional networks, building new networks, and transitioning GAA’s existing clients, the VPES-HE will build and sustain a minimum of $750,000+ in revenue (, book of business) annually
- Demonstrating ability to think strategically about business development, including understanding and leveraging industry and market conditions related to talent supply and demand, hiring demand, hiring lifecycles, and competitor activity
Essential Skills :
- Ability to see future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies
- Builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization
- Record of annual search revenues more than $500,000.00
- Has demonstrated exceptional written and verbal professional and interpersonal communication skills.
- Has current portfolio of higher education, senior level relationships with institutions of all levels as well as university system offices, states, and related entities
Seeking a minimum of 5 years of experience leading high-growth operations, strategic business development, client development of prospective and current clients, and record of success in executive search for education (, K-12 and / or higher education), including public, private, and / or nonprofit clients.
Bachelor’s degree or years of proven, relevant experience in the education industry required. Must have the ability to travel 40-60%.
