Lead Business Execution Consultant - Tax Utility

This team owns systems around tax reporting. The selected individual will be responsible for writing requirements, user testing, production management, issue management, all within customer tax.
In this role, you will :
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications :
- Testing and production management experience
- Issue management experience
- Customer tax experience and understanding of 1099 reporting
- Experience with Agile
- Experience with Jira and writing requirements / user stories
- Strong risk and control fundamentals experience, to include control design execution
- Experience leading or participating in enterprise-wide initiatives that reach multiple lines of businesses
- Experience in compliance or operational risk management including knowledge and understanding of associated risk management policies
- Experience providing "credible challenge" to business partners, when necessary, with the ability to lead through influence
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to think strategically and pivot between multiple priorities
- Experience skillfully building constructive and effective relationships
- Delivers on commitments and renegotiates when needed
- Strong sense of accountability
- Program and project management skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint

Work Location(s) and Pay Ranges :
- Iselin, New Jersey pay range : $106,300 - $188,900 USD Annual
- New York, New York pay range : $115,900 - $206,100 USD Annual

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
