Zero to Three years experience in an analytical position utilizing database programs and spreadsheet software.

Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, analyzing and drawing conclusions on data and information.

Demonstrated experience in performing a variety of functions and handling programs, projects, and assignments.

Candidate must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.

May assist (under general direction) with developing specifications from which programs will be written .

Demonstrates working knowledge of 1 programming language, report production, and database structures.

Demonstrates the ability to read, write, and test code.

Associates degree in a related field required.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

Day to Day responsibility :

  • Organize physical and electronic record and drawing libraries.
  • Sort and cross-check documents and drawings for the identified categories
  • Scan documents and drawings
  • Upload scans in respective electronic repositories
  • Electronic Document management in eDMRM
  • Ensure accurate Client RM classification and retention is applied to the records
  • Distribute and stage hard copies of documents and drawings on Generation facilities
  • Identify and remove retired and duplicate copies (per given directions)

Required Skills :

  • An ability to work in team environment, communicate and drive for results.
  • Computer skill-set to use Microsoft Excel and Word program
  • Operate Document Scanner and Drawing Plotter

Desired Skills :

  • Electronic document management system and tool
  • Knowledge on Document management program
  • An aptitude to learn and use eDMRM
  • Basic knowledge on drawings
