Telehealth Therapist Position at Banyan Treatment Centers
Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a Telehealth Therapist to join their remote clinical team. The role entails providing virtual clinical services to patients within substance-use-disorder or mental health programs at an IOP level of care.
Responsibilities include managing a patient caseload, delivering therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and formulating treatment plans in adherence to regulations.
Position Details :
- Schedule : 6-9 pm PST, specific days to be discussed; groups are hosted Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Location : Remote
- Time Zone(s) : PST / AKST
- Compensation : $72,000-97,000, depending on education, licensure, and experience.

Essential Functions :
- Facilitate group therapy sessions
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions
- Provide psychoeducational sessions
- Lead skill-building activities
- Assist clients in developing relapse prevention strategies
- Document patient progress
- Develop continuing care plans
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in social work or related field
- Active license in California
- Experience in behavioral / mental health
Preferences :
- Work experience in the field of behavioral / mental health
- Familiarity with specific software
- Experience working with patients at an IOP level of care
