This position is open to our Los Angeles office. Educatio n + JD Bar Admission + Admitted to practice in California Experience + 4+ years of entertainment finance experience at a law firm.

• Experience representing lenders, borrowers and other parties to debt and equity financing transactions.+ Strong drafting and negotiating experience in connection with senior secured lending focused on music, film and TV financing.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements Sedentary work : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
