Pay rate is $11.00 - $15.00 per hour depending on availability and experience.

We offer competitive wages, opportunity for advancement, and employee discounts. Many of our General Managers began their Schlotzsky's tenure in the kitchen and strive to provide a positive work environment.

No fryers and no late nights. Everything is cut and baked fresh. Our hours of operation are 10 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 PM. A closing Line Cook is typically going to be clocked out by 9 : 30 PM.

We take great pride in our kitchens. Both food quality and cleanliness are legitimate priorities for us. Our franchise locations regularly receive gold ratings from Ecosure.

Our core kitchen staff has been with us for many years - We are looking for a hard worker who can perfectly round out the schedule.

This is a franchise location owned and operated by Albert Restaurant Group.

Responsibilities of a Cook :

Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.

Preparing workstations for cooking.

Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Checking the quality of the ingredients.

Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques.

Cooking food using various culinary techniques.

Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation.

Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.

It’s been 50 years since that day on South Congress where we crafted (and perfected) our very first sandwich. And since that day we’ve only added to our list of accomplishments.
