Responsibilities
- 1 - 3 years of management experience, including Profit and Loss management.
- Proficiency or ability / willingness to learn technology including POS software, Microsoft Office products, email, as well as other additional web-based programs such as inventory, hiring, and recruiting software.
- Willing to train the right person who has been in the restaurant business but not in a manager position.
Compensation
- Salary range $65k - $80k (DOE), plus quarterly bonus.
- 401k offered, including employer matching.
