Company Overview : We are part of a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) company with a dynamic and fast-growing presence across 7 states.
Committed to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency, we are seeking a part-time HR Generalist to join our remote team.
T he H uman Resources department i ncludes but is not limited to managing the employee life cycle, assisting in recruiting, onboarding, termination , insurance / employee claims, etc .
Position Overview : As our HR Generalist, you will be responsible for spearheading recruitment, staffing, hiring, and onboarding processes for our QSR chain.
Operating in a remote capacity , you will collaborate closely with regional managers and site leaders to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Your role will be instrumental in fostering a positive employee experience from recruitment through integration within our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to meet the staffing needs of each location and department.
Staffing and Hiring : Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
Onboarding and Integration : Facilitate seamless onboarding processes to ensure new hires are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed for success.
HR Generalist Functions : Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
Performance Management : Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations, disciplinary actions, and recognition programs.
Employee Relations : Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Compliance and Documentation : Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Qualifications :
Associates in Business Administration , Human Resources certificatio n or a related experience preferred.
Proven experience in HR generalist functions, preferably within the QSR industry or multi-location environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across diverse teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism.
