Requirements Holy Cross Hospital is looking for a Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon 11 / 24 / 24 with sporadic dates moving forward.
Reason for Coverage : Loss of provider Practice Setting Office-Clinic / Outpatient / Hospital Based / Rounding : AllSchedule Shifts and Hours : 12 hour shifts 3-4 times per week / Saturday amp Sunday 7a-7a 24 hours on call Average Number of Cases Per Day : 2-3 Trauma Level / Designation : Trauma 3Number of Operating Rooms : 3 for CVTSDocumentation System / EMR : EPIC amp CupidPatient Age Demographic Pediatric Adolescent Adult Geriatric : Adult 25Prefer local provider but if not the following should be applied : No first class or business class flights - only coach Regular hotel rooms - no suites or luxury hotels30 day credentialing timelineTrinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees
Schedule 24Hour, 12 hour shifts / 3-4 times a week
