Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our company as Manager, Ecommerce Business Development. As part of our Ecommerce Digital team, you support digital deployments, implementation, and collaborate with other IT professionals to execute large-scale projects.

You manage launching installs, maintain, and digital technologies and other equipment, resolving any difficulties and educating colleagues on implementation, appropriate usage, procedures, and troubleshooting.

Our ideal candidate has at least two to four years of digital experience in an IT implementation or adjacent capacity. This individual will work in e-commerce and have advanced technical abilities, an understanding of online retail / food and developed communication skills.

You will be responsible for leading the Ecommerce team to provide leadership, direction, and provide support through active partnerships.

You will be responsible for financial growth across all Ecommerce platforms and responsible to drive results through Company KPIs.

In this role you will :

  • Oversee scheduling, status and identify continued iteration deployments.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership for large-scale technology digital implementation projects.
  • SME providing on-site education on systems.
  • Track deployment, replacement, and upgrade information across multiple departments and facilities through deployment stage.
  • Work with assigned project managers, finance, and IT development teams.
  • Responsible for financial sales growth through new implementation, offers, and additional platform growth.
  • Responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and success of the digital e-commerce funnel for Pilot Company (including marketplace activities)
  • You will drive the continual evolution and enhancement of the digital customer experience according to needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • You will provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices, and consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principles are incorporated.
  • You will identify new areas of eCommerce opportunities.
  • You will translate business requirements into eCommerce activities and incorporate them into a roadmap as an important stakeholder;

prioritization is done in close cooperation with the web development / App development management as a primary point of contact.

Oversight on QSR technology systems to include onboarding, implementation, training, and project assistance.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, digital technologies, or a relevant technical field
  • Two to four years of experience in an IT role, particularly with deployment and / or technology migration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Project planning skills
  • Proven record in growing Ecommerce platform across Enterprise
  • Effectively manage multi-tasking
  • Team Player with leadership
