Summary : Seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to develop and maintain electrical components, ensure compliance, and support production standards.

Experience with Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD Electrical
Knowledge of PCB's and Controllers
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with UL, CUL, NSF, CE regulatory approvals
Experience with electrical lifecycle testing
Job Responsibilities :
Develop and update company drawings for harnesses, wiring diagrams, and electrical components
Serve as subject matter expert on Electrical Design
Prioritize manufacturing and customer service problems associated with design
Audit current product offerings to suggest improvements in quality, safety, compliance, and reliability internationally
Design and build testing apparatuses for component lifecycle testing
Assist production floor with electrical troubleshooting and end-of-line testing
Work closely with Quality Control to identify defects and reduce scrap / waste levels
Identify root causes of nonconformities and recommend solutions
Assist in conducting engineering validation tests and analyze results interdepartmentally
Create engineering documentation including reports, drawings, flow charts, schedules, schematics / diagrams under revision control
Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
