This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00a-5 : 00p. No Call.
• Patients Per Day : Average is 16
• Practice Setting : Outpatient
• Scope : Primary Care
• State Licensure : Active Ohio State License and  Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners : Yes
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30 Days
