Position Overview :

We are looking to employ an experienced and empatheticRegistered Nurses (RN) who will play a crucial role in providingand coordinating patient care.

The Registered Nurse in this rolewill also educate patients and the public about various healthconditions and provide advice and emotional support to patients andtheir families.

They will ensure that patient care is conductedaccording to the policies and standards of their employer in variedhealthcare settings.

The Registered Nurses (RN) may often wear manyhats daily to provide the best care and treatment to theirpatients.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Maintaining accurate complete health carerecords and reports
• Administering medicationsto patients and monitoring them for side effects andreactions
• Recording patient vital signs andmedical information
• Monitoring reporting andrecording symptoms or changes in patientconditions
• Working with healthcare team membersto evaluate assess and implement patient nursing care

Qualifications :

• Current and unencumbered RN statelicensure
• At least three years of experienceworking with the frail elderly or longterm carepopulation
• Experience in home care and woundcare preferred
• Current CPR certification by AHAor willingness toobtain
• BLS / BCLS
