The NNN Pro Group, the top commercial real estate net lease investment sales and advisory team in the country, is hiring Analysts to join its industry leading Institutional Coverage Group ( ICG ).

Within the NNN Pro Group, ICG is responsible for the creation, structuring, and execution of corporate sale-leaseback transactions and disposition programs for private equity firms, REITs, national franchisees, and business owners nationally.
Successful candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, professional demeanor, a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in real estate finance, and a desire to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities :
Analysts will get exposure to a broad range of deals and transactions across a variety of property types, client types, and markets.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Perform market and property research to be used in analyses, valuations, and marketing materials
- Create comparable analyses
- Excel modeling and valuation work
- Work on the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials including offering memoranda, proposal packages, and sales collateral
- Assist in deal management efforts
- Analyze, review, and interpret real estate diligence material
- Travel to properties to provide brokers and clients with informed insights
- Contribute to ad-hoc business projects related to client requests and strategic growth initiatives
Required Qualifications :
- Completion or anticipated completion of bachelor’s degree by June 2025
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excel valuations and financial analysis experience preferred
- Working knowledge of financial statements
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
- Demonstrated interest in real estate industry

Salary Range : $75,000 - $85,000
