Job description :

The LTL Pricing Analyst at TA Services will develop competitive pricing strategies, analyze transportation data, and support both customer and carrier contract negotiations. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, accounting, and IT to ensure effective pricing implementation and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare competitive LTL pricing proposals and collaborate with sales teams to meet opportunity goals

Analyze and update RFPs for managed customers and partner carriers

Maintain pricing contracts and perform account reviews to identify inefficiencies

Create dashboards in PowerBI for customer presentations and QBRs

Conduct linehaul and delivery analysis to improve consolidation network performance

Support troubleshooting with the TMS superuser team and other departments

Qualifications :

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas) and PowerBI

Knowledge of LTL pricing and transportation; experience with TMS systems (e.g., MercuryGate) preferred

Strong data analysis, communication, and negotiation skills

Bilingual highly preferred (Spanish)
