We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Team Lead to join our Derivatives, Middle Office. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL and is a Hybrid position.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :

• Serves as team superviser for the day-to-day operations of a medium to large-sized Middle Office support team, overseeing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters.
• Oversees review of data and issue escalations. Serves as first line supervisor for assignment of tasks and resolution of issues
• Ensures the volume of work produced meets product / service standards and exceeds quality standards,and is properly reviewed and documented.
• Provides oversight on review of exceptions, ensuring all internal, external, and regulatory procedures were followed.
• Acts as the teams initial point of contact for issues requiring escalation..

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :

• Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Prior Management experience preferred
• Prior mutual funds background preferred
• 5+ years of total work experience preferred
