Delta Apparel Inc is seeking an Customer Service Analyst to join our growing team in our Concord, NC, location. The Customer Service Analyst is the primary point of execution for all customer orders including initial order receipt thru delivery) managed by the FunTees division of Delta Apparel.
Job Responsibilities may include :
BUY PROCESSSING
- Receive customer orders by e-mail or electronic download and organizes them into a production summary for planning review.
- Communicates any buy issues to the customer and sales department.
- Confirms delivery dates to customer for acceptance and / or updates the customer system.
- Creates production orders to cover order requirements net of any existing inventory allocations.
- Creates any additional instructions required for the production plant to complete the order(s) to the customer specifications.
SALES ORDER CREATION / MAINTENANCE
- Enter customer POs into the ERP system either manually or via an excel upload file
- Price verification
- Maintain sales order status and close back orders as needed.
ORDER TRACKING
- Works with planning and manufacturing teams to resolve any production issues
- Provide order tracking and reporting based on customer requirements
- Update customer systems with order status where required.
- Reviews order status with sales and account management.
OTHER DUTIES
- Inventory management
- Credit / Debit memo research and processing
