POSITION : Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management
DUTIES : The Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management (SCM) will enable operational excellence and future readiness of the process and system landscape across SCM, covering global SCM (and adjacent) functions, as well as market SCM teams.
Translating strategic direction and demand into a domain strategy and product portfolio which is well-balanced between enabling future readiness and solving operational challenges.
Executing product ownership for all digital products in the domain. Executing business process ownership on an operational level.
Providing change management & support for these processes and related systems. Responsible for the quality and strategic impact of complex digital products which might include more than one product team.
Together with agile team(s), work on continuously improving and evolving the product to maximize the value for all internal customers.
Partnering with IT and internal stakeholders to define a robust product backlog, managing capability expansion increments, and leading the team towards the definition of new functionalities and best practices.
Work with various internal stakeholders, including business units, horizontal functions and local marketing teams as well as other business solutions areas to drive user engagement and satisfaction, as well as ensure future readiness.
- Specific job duties include : Accountable for the product's success considering the value for the consumer and the company (ROI);
- Specify the product vision and roadmap as well as user stories considering the value for the user community and the company;
- Accountable for product delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates; Identify and solve dependencies with other product owners to ensure efficient delivery;
- Coordinate interfaces between different product teams; Represent the business for the product, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that their views and requirements are captured in the product backlog;
- Prioritize the items in your product backlog; Specify the definition of done in cooperation with the product team(s); Own the refinement of your product backlog to ensure that the product team(s) is / are delivering the right enhancements to drive consumer and business value;
- Provide acceptance for delivered backlog items by the team, in line with the definition of done; Accountable for monitoring, optimization, and enhancement of the configuration, features, and functionalities related to the Product;
and Ensure that objective data sources and feedback are used for the optimization of the product .
REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (Operations Management or Software), Computer Science (Computer Information Systems), Business Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field of study, and five (5) years of experience in a related supply chain fulfillment or IT consulting role working with stakeholders at various functions, geographies, and organizational hierarchies.
- Work experience must have included : Knowledge of supply chain processes focused on delivery note creation and flow, inventory management, and reconciliation between different supply chain systems;
- Experience with product planning tools including Gantt charts, process mapping, JIRA, and confluence on cross-functional complex programs;
- Experience with data analysis tools including SQL DB, Tableau, and MicroSoft PowerBI; and Three years of experience with the following : Leadership experience in a technical product / project management role, including product development, launch, and lifecycle management;
- Experience with operational and technical transformation projects with a focus on Fulfillment and Distribution as a technical product lead or project manager;
- Experience with design, standardizing, optimizing, and implementation of fulfillment processes and technical products across different international geographies focused on retail, eCom, and Wholesale;
and Experience with detailed process mapping of supply chain fulfillment processes as well as associated middleware and technical interfaces including Manhattan oneWMS, SAP S4, RFID, Warehouse Control Systems, and TIBCO.
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally 5% of time.
