Position : Sales Consultant - Roofing, Siding, Gutter Specialist

As a valued member of our sales team, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, guiding them through assessing property damage, creating repair plans, and securing project bids and estimates.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct outreach activities to set up appointments with potential clients.

Utilize cutting-edge technology to generate detailed inspection reports and scope of work documents.

Act as a liaison between homeowners, production managers, and insurance companies to facilitate seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress, ensure workmanship meets our high standards, and adhere to project specifications.

Qualifications and Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

No prior experience in insurance or construction? No problem! We're seeking individuals with a hunger for learning, exceptional persuasion skills, and a relentless drive for success.

Comfortable walking on roofs to perform assessments.

Compensation and Benefits :

Enjoy weekly pay with competitive rates based on experience.

Commission-based structure with additional perks, including medical, dental, and disability insurance, available after 60 days of full-time employment.

Eligibility for 401(k) program after 90 days of full-time employment.

Education and Experience :

Don't have experience working with insurance and or construction? No problem!! We are looking for people with an apt for learning, a keen ability to persuade and a drive to be at the top of their game every day.

We will provide you with all the training and tools you need to find success!

Will require some evenings and weekend hours based on business needs.

Must be willing to travel or re-locate.

Compensation :

Weekly pay. Beginning rate dependent upon previous experience. Commission Based with Medical, Dental, Disability insurance after 60 days as a full-time employee 401(k) program eligibility after a year as a full-time employee.
