Contract Administrator
Job Summary :
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and coordinating contracts throughout their lifecycle.
This role ensures that all contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Contract Management :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, purchase orders, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain a comprehensive contract database and ensure all contracts are properly documented and stored.
Coordination and Communication :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal departments and external parties.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and other relevant departments to facilitate contract approval and execution processes.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on contract status and any potential issues.
Compliance and Risk Management :
- Monitor contract compliance and identify potential risks or issues.
- Ensure timely renewals, amendments, and terminations of contracts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract policies and procedures.
Reporting and Documentation :
- Prepare reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics.
- Document contract changes and ensure all modifications are properly approved and recorded.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and various contract types.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certification in contract management
