About the Role :

We're hiring compassionate and experienced Early Childhood Teachers to join our clients hospital-based child care team. We have a variety of full-time, temporary, and substitute opportunities available, all focused on providing nurturing, developmentally appropriate care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide safe, nurturing, and responsive care to children at all times
• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with developmental needs
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth
• Communicate clearly and positively with parents, co-teachers, and supervisors
• Maintain a clean, engaging, and safe classroom environment
• Complete documentation such as daily logs, assessments, and observations
• Follow all hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and licensing standards
