Compensation and Schedule :

• Hourly Rate : $18 to $20 per hour
• Work Hours : Monday to Thursday, 3 pm to 1 : 30 am
• Expected Weekly Hours : 40 hours
• Work Flexibility : Fixed shift schedule with potential for overtime

Role Overview : As a Manual Machine Operator , you will :

• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on material or workpieces.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines.
• Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
• Verify conformance of finished workpieces to specifications using measuring and inspection tools.
• Confer with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems.
• Set up and operate machines on trial runs to verify the accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines.
• Maintain a well-organized area in compliance with all company policies and guidelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and / or training.
• Proven experience as a manual machinist.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
