Full Time; Monday through Friday only; 6 : 30am – 4pm
- Competitive Weekly Pay Salary or Hourly
- Ranges $18 - $22; dependent on experience
- Paid leave including sick leave, paid time off, company-observed holidays and closures; work your way up to 3 weeks of PTO per year

What Your Duties Include :
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials in the warehouse and yard.Manually loading customer orders consisting of 20’ sticks of pipe, 50+ pounds bags of seed and other bagged materials, hand loading pipe fittings and other large and complex construction materials.Work outdoors and exposure to all weather conditionsInspecting, identifying, handling, consolidating, stocking, picking, packing and shipping inventoryVerify order contents and maintain accurate documentation of shipping and receiving material orders consisting of Pick Tickets, Inventory Count Sheets, Purchase Orders, etc.Inspect, organize, maintain and track inventory while promptly dealing with inventory discrepanciesMaintain cleanliness of warehouse and yardAdhere to safety and internal policies and proceduresBuild relationships with Contractors and our entire customer baseWork with Operations Manager to ensure proper customer care relating to scheduling deliveries, logistics and incoming vendor ordersWhat You Will Bring To Be Successful
Experience operating forklift and warehouse equipmentWarehouse experience is a mustAbility to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75+ poundsFull range of motion and use of hands, arms, legs; ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouchCommitment to provide an outstanding experience to customers, vendors, co-workers and their related employees and advocates (LTL drivers, etc.)Effective verbal and written communicationGreeting all customers and guests wit a ‘Customer First’ mindsetAttention to detail, both verbally and writtenPositive attitude at all timesAbility to take direction and constructive criticism; accepting other duties and activities as assignedRELIABLE transportation to work and the ability to work early morning hours; Driver’s License is required; you will be asked to make deliveries on occasionSpanish bilingual verbal proficiency preferred but not requiredAbility to thrive in a small, team oriented family business atmosphereAbility to work quickly, safely, efficiently and accurately
