Key Responsibilities
Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
Process orders, verify order status, and manage return orders through a multichannel system
Maintain accurate record-keeping and participate in continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with Customer Service and Order Entry preferred
