Senscio’s 24 / 7 home-based virtual medicine program acts as an extension of our member’s primary care team, providing their PCP and associated specialists w / actionable situational awareness.  Integrating physical and behavioral health needs with a broad scope of social determinants of health needs, we provide a truly holistic, patient-centered plan of self-management support.  The AI based technology allows for easy and efficient administration and you will spend much less time documenting and more time directing the care of your patient.
