Bilingual Teacher Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

Listen :

  • Engage with children attentively to understand their needs, interests, and developmental progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and insights into their child"s experiences and growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share observations and strategies for supporting each child"s development.

Learn :

  • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in early childhood education and development.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Observe and document each child's developmental milestones and learning experiences, using this information to tailor educational activities.

Lead :

  • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster infants" physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Serve as a role model for infants, demonstrating positive behavior and effective communication skills.
  • Inspire and guide children to reach their full potential, helping to shape their future success.

Qualifications :

  • Ideal candidates will have an associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR CDA
  • At least 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility.
  • Strong understanding of infant growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Spanish and English
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
