Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the The Office of Education and Training at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, who will be interested in training the next generation of a diverse oncology workforce.
Among the key duties of this position are the following :
- Assist in recruiting trainees for Rutgers Youth Enjoy Science Program (RUYES).
- Assist in implementing Training Program components such as Professional Development activities, Mentor-Mentee workshops, curriculum implementation and trainee outreach.
- Assist in organizing Program events such as YES Clubs at high schools, student visits to the Cancer Institute, etc.
- Assist in tracking and data collection of participants in RUYES.
- Provides general administrative support for the Education and Training Department.
