I’m Seeking 1-5 years Experienced Civil Litigation Defense Associate Attorney in Pittsburgh, PA . I have partner with a well-established legal law firm in search of a Civil Litigation Defense Associate Attorney.

As a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for defending clients in civil litigation cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

• Must have Licensed to practice law in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
• 2 -5 years civil litigation experience preferred
• Defend clients in civil litigation cases-including Defamation, Privacy torts, Pet law, Neighbor disputes, Federal, state, and local tax collection defense, Landlord / tenant disputes, Contract legal disputes, Construction disputes, Personal injury litigation
• Meet with and advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, and legal rights and obligations
• Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process
• Conduct legal research and draft legal document
• Represent clients in court
• Collaborate with other legal professionals

Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to comprehend and synthesize information quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and legal research
• Curious, tenacious defender with a creative problem-solving approach
