We are looking for a Millwork Finishing Room Sander to join our 2nd Shift team. You will be prepping our custom crafted pieces for finishing treatments. We build high-end custom furniture that require a keen eye and attention to fine details.

Our ideal candidate meets the following qualifications :

• Proficient in hand and power tool use for woodworking and carpentry finishing tasks
• Maintain focus and quality of work
• Follow workflow priorities scheduled by team lead and production manager
• Ability to read blueprints a plus

Training 1-2 weeks is scheduled on 1st shift, Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm. 2nd shift schedule begins when trainee reflects skill has progressed to an acceptable level.

2nd shift schedule is Monday-Friday 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm. Overtime is required during busier times and may be scheduled by Production Manager before or after regular shift schedule.
