Luna has the opportunity for you! Luna is currently looking for strong, experienced outside sales representatives for in-home sales in the greater Manchester Metropolitan areas.

About the Opportunity :

  • High Earnings Opportunity. Direct Sellers on average earn $70k - $100k first year, with approximately 1 / 3 of the team making $100k plus in their second year.
  • Huge earning potential - no earnings cap.
  • QUALIFIED leads generated through extensive Company-paid advertising, we offer hot leads or generate your own flooring sales for higher commissions.
  • We offer engaging learning opportunity on our products!
  • Visit interested customers and just CLOSE the sale!

This position is 100% commission with sales bonus opportunities; there is no base salary, however the EARNINGS ARE UNLIMITED BASED ON YOUR SUCCESS!

If you have experience in home improvement sales, auto sales, real estate, health club membership sales; any sales background that taught you how to close on the first visit, then you have the ability to be successful at Luna! Don't have this type of sales experience, no worries - if you are motivated and ambitious we’ll set you up for success!

  • Brand Expectations : Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Daily travel throughout the Chicagoland metropolitan areas to conduct "in home" customer visits and present products and services with scheduled Luna customers.
  • Close customers by finding the right product to meet their needs with numerous in-stock quick install products
  • Create and exhibit a sense of ownership
  • Continuously network and develop new business - EXTRA COMMISSION EARNED FOR SELF GENERATED LEADS!
  • High level of motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit is crucial
  • Two (2) - Three (3) years in an outside sales environment preferred, motivated and ambitious sales candidates will be considered regardless of experience
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Self-Driven Independent Person
  • Natural Sense of Urgency
  • Ability to use a tablet-like PC as a sales and measuring tool
  • Set the Right Expectations
  • Set your own schedule as an independent contractor ability to accommodate evenings and Saturdays
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable transportation with room for samples
