RN Clinical Nurse Manager 5000 Bonus

Elim Wellspring, a 4-star rated, 106-bed senior care campus, is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Part-Time Nurse Supervisor.

In addition to generous benefits, we're offering a $5,000 Bonus and a $5 / hour shift differential for Night Shift on top of an extra $1.

50 / hour supervisor pay!

In this role, you will supervise the clinical care of residents by assigning different tasks to nurses within the department.

This is a Part-Time, benefit eligible position available working a varied schedule including every other weekend. This position will be 7 days per 2 weeks pays period.

Shift : NOC (11 : 00pm to 7 : 00am)

RN $33.23-$36.84 ( DOE)

RN Nurse Supervisor responsibilities :

• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Work with the DON to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planning.
• Document and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reports.
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Step in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

RN Nurse Supervisor skills and requirements :

• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Long term care experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
