Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with 2+ years of experience and current ACLS / BLS for a contract in Arkansas.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a hospital-based cardiac catheterization lab
  • Responsibilities include interpreting cardiac rhythms, scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring procedures
  • Adult cardiac patient population
  • EMR used is MediTech; experience with MediTech is preferred
  • Dress code requires hospital-provided scrubs
  • Applicants within a 50-mile radius are not eligible for consideration
  • Applicants within 90 miles of Batesville are not eligible for consideration; candidates between 90-150 miles may be reviewed but selection is not guaranteed
  • No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
  • Scrubs are provided by the hospital

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Cath Lab / EP Technologist
  • Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications
  • Licensed in Arkansas or compact license eligible (license required if applicable)
  • Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and perform scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring duties
  • Must provide references and skills checklist pertinent to specialty
