What You Will Do

You will spearhead the advancement of our HRIS suite that we have built from the ground up. Your mission will be to drive innovation, incorporate groundbreaking functionalities, and position our HRIS offerings at the forefront of HR technology.

  • Develop a strategy, and roadmap for your product area and drive execution.
  • Partner with leadership across our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations to ensure we are developing our platform on common primitives with high degrees of product interoperability
  • Form strong cross-functional relationships across the organization including with our Go-to-market partners
  • Synthesize internal and external customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
  • Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business

What You Will Bring to the Table

We are looking for someone who has experience and an interest in working on a platform and a combination of the following :

  • Proven track record of supporting high-performing teams with a track record of developing products with best-in-class customer experiences
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in product management
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a talent for succinctly articulating customer challenges
  • Employee-focus : you care deeply about the people on your team, helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals, and enabling them to do their best work.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility. You enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it.
  • Preferably, you have professional experience with multi-product, B2B SaaS applications

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $145,000 - $180,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans
