Position Summary

Bolger is looking for an outgoing, energetic, 2nd shift Mailing Machine Operator to work FULL TIME at our Kasota. If you are detail oriented and a self-starter this position is for you!

A day in the life at the Mailing Machine Operator

First off, we've been in business for a long time, so that means that we have several qualified people that will be available to train you and get you up to speed quickly.

We want you to know exactly how to do your job and what to expect going forward.

Working as a Mailing operator will give you the opportunity to do lots of different things. It's really a mix of setting up equipment to ensure quality and accuracy, sorting, and presorting of mail, tray tags and pallet placard all rolled into one awesome job.

You'll be engaging with and establishing strong relationships with production staff. As well as supporting the internal departments as workflow requires.

If you have a question or need some help, you'll be surrounded by helpful, friendly people who are ready to jump in and collaborate with you in finding the best solution for the customer's needs.

What you will need to be qualified for this job

To be qualified for this job, you've got to have a positive and caring attitude. You must have the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment, attention to detail, and communicate effectively with others on floor or in other departments to facilitate efficient handling that will insure timely and accurate completion of requirements necessary to meet our customer requirements.

And finally, since it isn't likely that you have used all the systems that your new job will require, you've got to be willing to jump in and learn how to use our systems and provide feedback on things that we can improve.
