At Huntersville Ford we are looking for an Accounting AdminPosition. We are a large facility that includes a Quicklane, Service, and Sales Department. We were founded in 2007 by Vernon Krause and Dan Parks with Krause Auto Group. We are locally owned and operated and have partnerships with many local charities and community organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning Service Documentation into the electronic filing system
  • Basic accounting functions
  • Post purchase orders
  • Assist with accounts payable
  • Answering dealership phones and transfer accordingly
  • Document filing
  • Will work directly with the Office Manager with a goal of professional and personal development
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
  • Light clerical duties i.e. faxing, mailing, etc.
  • Qualifications

  • Basic accounting experience
  • Dealership experience preferred
  • CDK experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets a plus
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting
  • Ability to meet deadlines
