Must-Have : Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF), acute care, medical-surgical, Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
Job Description :
- Join a 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to treating and aiding recovery for individuals with severe injuries or illnesses.
- Provide ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to individual needs, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury recovery.
- Assist patients in their recovery journey by maximizing health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
- Work as part of a dynamic team focused on delivering intense rehabilitation and customized care.
- Perform duties with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1 : 6 to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) proficiently in daily operations.
- Engage with a diverse adult patient population, addressing various rehabilitation needs.
- Exhibit strong personality fit for a collaborative and compassionate healthcare environment.
- Follow first-day instructions wearing blue scrubs and report to the designated supervisor for orientation.
