Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and / or holidays to ensure we have consistent support for our commercial customers.

We have a FAST PACED, fully remote National Customer Contact Center with dedicated inbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, customer service, and termite billing / claims teams.

Our Customer Service Agents are key to supporting our commercial clients. The Pest Management Industry is growing and is a recession-resistant line of business.

You will Work remotely from your home office. You must have a minimum of 15 mbps or higher, high speed internet connection.

We will provide the computer and technical equipment necessary to be successful in this role Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key business executives and stakeholders Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service with 100% accuracy Retain business by offering several remedies to prevent account cancellations Identify opportunities to add additional services to increase the value of the property Use different gamification methods as a tool to measure performance We Offer Variety of Schedules (Schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays) Three-week quality Training Program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to be successful Gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement virtually Ongoing training to grow professionally Great pay and incentives (minimum $20 / hour) 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan Why Orkin?

Qualifications Whats required High School / GED 2+ years customer service, sales, or account management of major / national accounts experience Ability to pass a background and drug screen Work from home requirements Appropriate workspace in your home, private / semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.
