Physical Therapist - Outpatient Care
We are offering a generous sign-on bonus for experienced Physical Therapists to join our outpatient care team. If you have over 1 year of experience, you can earn a $7,500 sign-on bonus, and if you have less than 1 year of experience, you can earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
We are also offering a relocation bonus of $2,500 for candidates living over 50 miles away.
- Evaluate and treat patients of all ages in an outpatient setting, adjusting the care plan as needed
- Model professional services and provide clinical guidance to staff and students
- Design individualized care plans that integrate treatment, goals, outcomes, and discharge plans
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers using effective teaching methods
- Complete documentation in accordance with clinical process policy and screen patients for therapy services as needed
- Perform objective testing, therapeutic modalities, and communicate progress to referring providers
- Complete annual requirements for senior status, including supervision of students and approved projects
